Internationalization of Private Enterprises in China: Problems and Solutions

21世纪经济全球化不断深化,要求我国民营企业走向国际化。由于我国民营企业存在经营规模小,技术含量低,品牌意识弱等不足,在国际化过程中遇到了各种障碍。为了克服这些障碍,政府应该在提高平等待遇、制度创新、金融政策支持、加强职能部门的服务等方面为民营企业国际化创造条件。民营企业应该在打造跨国核心竞争力、选择国外投资场所和投资方式、加强研发深度等方面做出努力,加快国际化进程。

There exist some problems in China＇s private enterprises in the process of internationalization. In order to remove the obstacles of the small-scale business, low technological level of the enterprises, the government should offer some better conditions for their intrnationalization, such as giving the equal right, improving the systems, supporting with fineial policies and offering better services. Private enterprises should make efforts in strengthening their own eompotition, research and development to speed up the the process of internationalization.
