摘要
诚信是旅游市场规则最基本的支撑条件,旅游业的开发、经营、管理都要以诚信为本,而旅游企业又是旅游业诚信建设的主要执行者。所以,本文就目前旅游企业的诚信缺失现象产生的原因进行了探讨,并针对性地提出了一系列治理旅游企业诚信缺失现象的应对措施。
Honesty is the basis of the tourism market practice. Tourism industry development, operation and management depend on honesty, and tourism enterprises are the main executors in the honesty building. Therefore, this paper discusses the causes of the dishonesty of tourism enterprises and puts forward some countermeasures to deal with the phenomenon.
