摘要
人力资本是高校教师重要的生产要素,是脑力劳动的重要组成部分,理应参与收入分配,取得合理回报。当前,人力资本回报不充分已经成为高教领域收入分配的突出问题。造成这种局面的源于思想观念、相关制度、人员经费、测算和考核方式等方面的阻碍因素。如何冲破这些障碍,确保高校教师人力资本的合理回报是高教领域收入分配的当务之急。
Human capital is a very important productive element and an important part of mental labour in a university, and therefore should take part in income distribution to obtain reasonable return. Today, the inadequate return of human capital has become a serious problem of income distribution in higher education. The blocking factors resulting in such complexion mainly lie in people's concepts, staff expenditures, related systems, methods of calculation and assessment, etc. It is the primary task to remove these barriers and guarantee the reasonable return of college faculty' s human capital.
