摘要
注重人文关怀和心理疏导,是党的十七大对加强和改进思想政治工作提出的新要求,也是新时期加强和改进大学生思想政治教育必须坚持的重要原则。当前在校的"80后"大学生思想主流积极向上,但思想的多样性、差异性明显增强,学习、就业等压力明显增大。高校思想政治教育工作者必须着眼于"80后"大学生的思想实际,坚持以人为本,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育。
Paying attention to psychological and humanistic care is the requirement put forward in the Party＇s 17th conference and also a important principle of improving ideological and political work in the new period. The mainstream ideology of the university students born in 1980s is positive, but we should persist in human-oriented, pay attention to human care and psychological counseling to further strengthen and improve ideological and political education of university students because of the diversity of ideas, strengthened diversity, learning and employment pressure etc
