柴达木地区矿产资源综合利用的制度创新研究

经过三十年的改革开放,柴达木地区的矿产资源开发取得了丰硕成果。但是,由于柴达木地区矿产资源综合利用缺乏制度创新,影响了矿产资源综合利用水平。因此,要积极探索适合柴达木地区矿产资源综合利用背景下制度创新的对策,以期提高矿产资源综合利用水平和效率。

However , due to the lack of systematic innovation for comprehensively use the mineral resource of Cai Damu area influences on the level of comprehensively use it . Therefore , have to actively explore countermeasures of systematic innovation that being adapted to the background of it , so as to timely raise the level and efficiency of it .
