通过对丁烯泵用机械密封泄露原因的分析,发现原密封在设计上存在不合理之处,对其进行了改造更新,经工业试验效果非常显著,改造后的机械密封达到了生产使用要求,取得了较好的经济效益。

Through analyzing the leakage of mechanical seal of Butyl pump, it is found that there exists unreasonable design in the old seal. The innovation method is put forward, which proves to be effective and economically beneficial.
