临夏经济的兴衰及其产业特征分析

Rise and Decline of Economy in Linxia Prefecture and its Industrial Characteristics

临夏州曾在改革开放初的十几年间创下了经济社会快速发展的佳绩,但是自九十年代中期以后,临夏经济逐渐衰落了。从产业经济学的角度探寻了临夏经济衰落的必然性,揭示了临夏州第三产业超前发展、工业发展严重不足、农业基础又相当薄弱的产业结构的特征、特殊性和局限性。

Linxia prefecture made great progress in the first decade of Reform and Opening up. Unfortunately, in the middle 1990s, its economy began to decline. The author analyzes the necessity of its decline from the angle of Industry Economics and points out the characteristics, particularity and limitation of its industrial structure, i. e. , overdevelopment of tertiary industry, insufficient industrial development and weak agricultural basis.
