In the course of fire fighting, especially when firemen force is not enough for the task, to scientifically deploy firemen based on the characteristics analyse of the task is a very important problem. In this paper, through the resolve of a given example, the author shows that network method is the most effective method for the resolve of the problem above. The application of the method can gain enormous social and economic benefit in the course of fire rescuing.
