储藏中药材粉螨孳生情况的研究

PRELIMINARY STUDY OF THE BREEDING OF ACAROID MITES IN STORED CHINESE TRADITIONAL MEDICINAL MATERIALS

分离中药材样品８９种、８９０份，采用清水漂浮法和塔氏电热集螨器分离法，从中分离出粉螨３１种，隶属７科２５属。结论：中药材的粉螨污染很严重，应加强对中药材螨类的防治。

To survey the acaroid mites breeding in Chinese traditional medicinal materials provides the ground of prevention and control of the breeding of acaroid mites for Chinese traditional medicinal materials.METHOD:with the methods of water floatation and Tullgren to isolated mites. RESULT:890 portions in 89 samples of stored Chinese traditional medicinal materials were collected from Huainan City,31 species of acaroid mites belonging to 25 genera and 7 families were identified from different materials.CONCLUSION:Chinese traditional medicinal materials are ceverely polluted and much importance should be attached to the protection of the materials and to the prevention of the human being from the acariasis.
