摘要
本文研究了现有不同编码体系的特点和差异，分析了几种编码体系转换方法的优缺点，提出了一种基于语义模糊匹配的编码体系转换的方法，并通过实验证明了该方法进行编码体系转换的高效性与优越性。
This paper presents the characteristics and the differences of several current coding systems, and analyzes the merits and demerits when making conversion among them, and then puts forward a method for coding system conversion based on fuzzy semantic matching. Finally the experiment results show that this method works well.
