摘要 供应链的合作竞争已经成为企业战略的首要选择。本文主要研究两条供应链之间信息不对称时的供应链合作竞争问题,采用博弈论的规范方法研究上游企业以合同菜单形式提供的信息甄别模型,试图得到两条供应链上的企业的最优策略,并由此分析不同类型的合同菜单的经济效率。建立了一个包含两条相互竞争的供应链的信息甄别模型用于研究链间信息不对称情形下的信息共享与机制设计,然后讨论了在供应链内信息共享而供应链间信息不共享的情形下的优化合同设计。 The cooperation and competition of supply chain have become the first choice of corporate strategy. This paper mainly focuses on the issues of supply chain cooperation between and competition against supply chains in the case of asymmetric information in the supply chain competitive environment. Using normative study of game theory, this paper studies the screening model when the upstream enterprise offers the downstream contract in the form of contract menu, and tries to get the best strategy of the two supply chains, and analyzed different efficiencies of different contract menu. What's more, this article established a screening model containing two competing supply chains for the study of the supply chain cooperation and competition mechanism in the circumstances of information asymmetry between chains, and researched retailers' and manufacturer's best strategy.
