应对医院实验室进行认可

医院实验室的改革是医疗改革的重要方面，医疗化验费用约占医疗费用的２％～５％，过度服务已成为很难管理的问题，既往推行的“质量控制”工作在一定程度上提高和促进了检验结果的准确性和重复性，但并未解决已存在问题。发达的美国、澳大利亚等或通过立法，或通过第三者认可机构认可系统，建立了对医院实验室认可制度，在一定程度上缓解这些问题。从国外发展来看，医院实验室的认可是医院管理发展和医疗改革的必然趋势，我国应考虑作好各项准备，开展医院实验室的认可工作。

The reform of hospital laboratories is an important part of medical reform. Medical tests expenses share some 2 to 5 percent of the total medical costs. Overuse has become a problem difficult to manage. Although “quality control” practiced in the past improved accuracy and duplicability of test results somewhat, existing problems are not solved. The developed America, Australia and other countries have established a hospital laboratory accreditation system by legislation or the third party institutions and solved these problems to a certain extent. In the view of overseas experiences, hospital laboratory accreditation is an inevitable trend in hospital management development and reform. Preparations for hospital laboratory accreditation system should be considered in China.
