摘要
采用数控技术,实现对大型球体零件球面的数控磨削加工。阐述对MQ3150E普通磨床进行数控改造的机械传动结构与数控加工原理,以及在进行数控磨削加工时数控编程的参数转换计算。在此项数控改造中,应用斜线指令,巧妙地将数控加工两直线运动的运行控制,转换为两旋转运动的运行控制,实现了球体零件的数控磨削加工,扩展了数控技术在实际中的应用;并在实际应用中,巧妙地应用数控技术的优越性能,实现了数控磨削加工中对砂轮磨损的瞬时自动补偿。砂轮磨损瞬时自动补偿的实现,为磨削加工高精度的球体零件,奠定了坚实的基础。
The machining of spherical surface grinding of the big large spherical workpieces can be accomplished by NC technology.The mechanical drive and the principle of NC rebuilding of a common grinding machine(MQ3150E)and parameters conversion calculation of NC programming in CNC grinding are introduced in this paper.The NC machining of spherical workpieces will be accomplished and the complication of NC technology will be extended by converting two linear motions into two rotary motions.The machining accuracy can be improved by compensating the abrasion of the grinding wheel instantly and automatically.
