摘要
磨床的动态特性影响加工质量和切削效率。本文建立了某大型数控龙门平面磨床的三维有限元模型,通过有限元动力学分析,得到该磨床的各阶模态参数,分析了各阶振型对机床动态特性影响,为大型数控龙门平面磨床结构的改进设计提供了理论依据。
Dynamic characteristics of the grinder affect the processing quality and cutting efficiency.This paper establishes a 3D finite element model of the large grinding machine CNC gantry plane.Through the finite element dynamics analysis,get the modal parameters of grinder in each step.Then this paper analyses the effect to the machine-tool dynamic characteristics of various steps vibration model,and also provides a theoretical basis for the improved design of the large CNC gantry Surface Grinder.
