摘要
同步带轮是包装机运行机构的重要组成部分,设计的合理与否将直接影响整个机构的稳定性。本文利用Pro/E和ANSYS对结构优化后的运行机构同步带轮装置进行质量、静力和模态分析,计算了运行机构同步带轮转动时的应力分布情况和前15阶模态振型以及固有频率。结果反映了同步带轮结构的合理程度及其在实际工况下的振动情况,为以后的工作提供了理论依据。
Synchronous belt wheel is the important part of the packing machine running gear;its rationalization design is directly affect the stability of the whole organization.This paper makes the quality,static-state and modal analysis for the synchronous belt wheel after structural optimized through Pro/E and ANSYS.The stress distribution,the preceding 15 steps vibration model and natural frequency are calculated during the rotation of the belt wheel.The result of analyzing indicates the reasonable degree of the wheel and the vibration under the actual working condition;it provides the theory basis for the future works.
