摘要
针对大型压铸模大滑块在生产过程中发生抽芯抽不动,滑块往后退让,导致铸件尺寸超差,不符合图纸要求,严重影响正常生产的问题。进行分析研究,通过对滑槽和滑块锁紧机构的改进,使滑块运行平衡,锁紧可靠,铸件尺寸稳定,符合图纸要求,生产正常。通过改进充分说明了压铸模的结构和强度对铸件质量和模具使用寿命的重要作用。
Because of the following serious problems that affect the normal production such as the big sliding block core of the large-scale die casting model is hard to take out during production,the sliding block is sliding in reverse direction,the dimension of casting is over the original and not meet the drawing requirements and so on.Through the improvement of the sliding block and the sash pocket locking mechanism after analysis and studies,the following features are achieved including the sliding block run balanced,reliable locking,stable cast size,in line with the requirements of the drawings and normal production.The improvement shows that the structure and intensity of die casting mould have important effect upon the quality of casting and life-span of die casting mould.
