摘要
为研究热轧低碳钢氧化铁皮的变形行为,对不同道次氧化铁皮的变形量和氧化铁皮中的裂纹进行了观察研究。结果表明:氧化铁皮比基体容易变形,变形量与氧化铁皮结构和变形温度有较大关系。同时,对氧化铁皮中的裂纹进行了观察,发现不同变形温度条件下氧化铁皮中裂纹的发展过程不同,而且裂纹对钢的表面质量有较大影响。
The reduction of iron oxide scale and the cracks in the oxide scale are investigated in order to study the deformation behavior of low-carbon steel iron oxide scale during hot rolled.The results show that iron oxide scale is easy deformation than base.The deformation is greatly related with the structure of oxide scale and temperature.The cracks in the oxide scale are observed and find that the development process of cracks is relative to deformation temperature,and the surface quality is greatly influenced by cracks.
