摘要
结合快速原型技术(RP)和注塑成型流动分析技术(CAE),提出一种集成的快速制造注射硬模的工艺。在型腔壳中铺设一种特殊形状的金属结构,加快热量的扩散速率,增大模具的强度和硬度。
This paper establishes a kind of integrated rapid manufacturing technology of injection hard mould based on the Rapid Prototyping(RP)technology and injection molding flow analysis technology.In this technology the metallic structure with special shape has paved in the model shell,and this structure can speed up the proliferation rate of heat and increase the mould strength and hardness.
