摘要
采用三羟甲基丙烷、顺丁烯二酸酐、邻苯二甲酸酐为原料和二乙二醇、均苯四甲酸酐为原料,利用本体和溶剂热反应在120~130℃保温反应3~6h,分别制备出了酸酐的单酯化产物(简称半酯)和二酸酐的双酯化产物(简称双半酯),并将合成出的半酯用于聚氨酯的扩链反应。通过FTIR、HNMR表征、水溶性测试,结果表明合成出了所预期的半酯产物和水溶性聚氨酯,且用邻苯二甲酸酐半酯扩链合成出水溶性良好聚氨酯。
New type of bulk and solvothermal esterificationis applied in synthesis of semi-ester.The semi-esters of monoalkylmaleate and monoalkyphthalicester separately are obtained by the reaction of trimethylol propane with malefic anhydride and trimethylol propane & phthalic anhydride,also prepared the double semi-ester by the reaction of diethylene glycol with pyromellitic dianhydride for keeping reaction 3~6h at 120~130℃,respectively.The reaction process condition of synthesizing semi-esters is studied on different raw materials.The semi-esters are applied as chain extender for preparation of water-soluble polyurethane,which was testified by FTIR and HNMR.The water-soluble polyurethane showed dissolution in water completely.
