摘要
抽油杆解卡作业是一种常见的井下作业形式,主要由于抽油杆管柱出现砂卡后进行的井下作业。尤其是出砂量大的稠油井该现象更为严重,经常造成油井砂卡现象。针对作业现场的这一实际情况,通过分析砂卡作业的操作流程和作业工序,提出了研制抽油杆解卡保护接头的方案。并应用FMEA方法对抽油杆解卡保护接头进行故障模式影响分析,确定了合理、可靠的改进方案。经过可靠性试验筛选,成功研制了抽油杆解卡保护接头,实现了解卡作业时对抽油杆本体的保护,作业效率大大提高,有较强的实用性和推广应用前景。
The unfreezing operation of pumping rod is one common way of down-well operation, mainly happened after the appear- ance of sand stuck point on the tube poles of pumping rod. Especially at viscous crude wells with a large amount of produced sands, this phenomenon is very serious and often results in the sand stuck there. In view of the situation at the operating sites, the program of developing the unfreezing protective joint at pumping rods has been put forward through the analysis of operating process and orders of sand operation. At the same time, FMEA method has been used to analyze the influence of fault modes about the unfreezing protective joint of pumping rods, and then determine the sensible and reliable improving program. After the selection of the reliability test, the unfreezing protective joint of pumping rod has been developed successfully, which makes the protection of pumping rod come true, together with a great increase of operation. This product has also much stronger practical applicability and recommending and applying prospect.
