扁蓄总黄酮片的处方优化

Optimization of the Formula of the Total Flavone of Polygonum Aviculare Tablets

目的筛选扁蓄总黄酮片的最佳处方。方法考察糊精、微晶纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠和低取代羟丙基纤维素对扁蓄总黄酮片的质量影响。结果筛选的最佳处方为5%低取代羟丙基纤维素以及适宜的润湿剂为70%乙醇。按照最佳处方制备的扁蓄总黄酮片硬度和外观大为改善,崩解度大为提高。结论本法处方合理,工艺简单,所制备的扁蓄总黄酮片适合临床应用。

Objective To optimize the formula of the total Flavone of Polygonum Aviculare Tablets. Medthods The effects of dextrin, microerystalline cellulose, CMS - Na and L - HPC on the quality of the total Flavone of Polygomlm Avieulare Tablets were studied. Results The results showed that the optimum formula was 5% L -HPC and the optimum moistening agents was 70% alcohol. Total Flavone of Polygonum Aviculare Tablets prepared with this optimum prescription was much better in terms of hardness and surfaces and the disintegration was also better. Conclusions The formula is reasonable and the preparation technique is simple. The prepared tablets are suitable for clinical use.
