螺旋CT对肾上腺肿瘤的诊断价值

CT of the Spiral in the Diagnosis of Adrenal Tumor

目的总结肾上腺肿瘤的螺旋CT表现及特征,探讨鉴别诊断依据。方法回顾性分析36例经手术、病理证实的各类肾上腺肿瘤,观察其CT征象。结果醛固酮腺瘤,皮质醇腺瘤,嗜铬细胞瘤等良性肿瘤体积一般较小,密度均匀,且边界清楚;而恶性肿瘤表现为不规则,可呈分叶状,密度不均匀。结论综合分析肾上腺肿瘤的各种征象。密切结合临床表现、病史及实验室检查结果,可对大多数病例做出准确诊断。

Objective Sum up the performance and characteristics of adrenal gland tumor in spiral CT scanning, discuss and identify the differential basis of diagnosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 36 pathology - testified surgery cases are used for observing the CT results on these adrenal tumors. Results Benign tumor, such as aldosterone adenoma, cortisol adenoma, and pheochromocytoma, are generally of small volume, even density and clear boundary, on the contrast, the malignant tumors are usually anomalous, leaf- shaped and are of uneven density. Conclusions With a comprehensive analysis of the adrenal gland tumor on their various performance and characteristics, the accurate diagnosis can be made through the majority cases when the clinical manifestation, medical histories as well as the laboratory testing results were concerned.
