摘要
氨基模塑料成型性能和成色主要取决于固化剂选用。通过氨基模塑料的流动性和固化成型时间两方面来筛选固化剂。选择了7种固化剂进行平行实验。实验结果显示,选用单组分固化剂效果并不理想;又进行了同化剂的复配实验,采用氯化铵和乙二酸复配的固化剂,氨基模塑料流动性能较好,固化时间比较适宜。
The formation performance and the craft quality of amino moulding plastic are greatly depended on the firming agent. The screen of the firming agent is carried out through the flow properties and solidification formation time of the amino moulding plastic. Choosing 7 kinds of firming agents to carry out the parallel experiment, the results show that the effect of single component firming agent is not ideal. But when mixing the firming agents to experiment, the mixed firming agent from ammonium chloride and oxalic acid shows good flow properties and suitable solidification time.
