存在模糊利息率的信用支付和缺陷率的EOQ模型

摘要 考虑到现在库存控制问题中的信用支付和缺陷率的问题,研究了带有缺陷产品和信用支付在清晰环境中和模糊环境中的库存问题。针对LR型模糊利息率,运用符号距离将模糊型转化为确定型,进而确定其最优订购策略。通过理论分析,揭示了模糊环境下的EOQ模型与经典模型的联系。算例分析表明,要素的模糊性会增加一定的库存成本。 Considering the issues with permissible delay in payment and imperfect production in the actual inventory management, the problems with permissible delay in payment and imperfect rate were studied under crisp and fuzzy condition. Signed distance method is used to transform the fuzzy model into the crisp model for LR fuzzy interest rate. Therefore the optimal ordering strategy can be determined. Through theoretical analysis, the relation between the fuzzy and classical EOQ model was revealed. Numerical simulation results show that the fuzzy of the element will lead to the increase of investory cost.
