摘要
目的:观察 P_(53)及 nm23基因产物在肺癌中的表达及其与肺癌预后的关系。方法:LSAB 免疫组化法。结果:肺腺癌组 P_(53)表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05);肺鳞癌 nm23基因表达与淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05),nm23表达腺癌组高于鳞癌组(P<0.05)。结论:对 P_(53)及 nm23基因产物的检测可作为对肺腺癌、鳞癌淋巴结转移趋势预测的一个参考指标。
OBJECTIVE To measure the expression of P_(53),nm23 genes in the human pulmonary carcinoma and study the correlation between the expression and prognosis of pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma.METHODS We used the LSAB immunohistochemistry method. RESULTS There was positive correlation between the expression of P_(53) gene and the lymph node metastasis in adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).In squamous-cell carcinoma there was negative correlation between the expression of nm23 and the lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive staining rate of nm23 protein in adenocarcinoma was more than in squamous-cell carcinoma(P<0.05).CONCLU- SION The detection of P_(53) and nm23 products can be one of the discriminators for the prognosis of pulmonary squamous-cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma.
