摘要
以旋肩胛动、静脉为蒂的游离肩胛筋膜瓣移植术用于6例次手与足部的修复,5例全部成活,1例大部成活。并讨论了筋膜瓣的优缺点,手术要点及术后监护等。
Six free scapular fascial flap based on the circumflex scapular vessels used to cover soft tissue defects of the hand and foot were reported.Five flaps survived well and one flap partially lost.The advantages,disadvantages and postoperative monitor are discussed.
