江厦潮汐试验电站双向灯泡贯流式水轮水泵机组调速器的研制与应用

Development and Application of the Double-acting Light Bulb Tubular Turbine and Water Pump Governor of Jiangxia Tide Experimental Hydropower Station

浙江江厦潮汐试验电站6号机组属于双向灯泡贯流式水轮水泵机组,工况转换复杂、水头低、运行环境恶劣,对于调速器的控制及元器件的质量提出了新的要求。文中介绍了江厦6号机组调速器的硬件配置和软件结构,该调速器运行稳定,操作简单,灵敏度高,维护方便实用。

The 6th hydroelectric set of the Jiangxia Tide Experimental Hydropower Station in Zhejiang province belongs to double-acting light bulb tubular turbine and water pump set. Because of complicated conversion among working conditions, low water head and poor operation environment, it is necessary to improve the quality of the elements of the device and the security of the governor. This paper introduces the structure of the hardware and software of the 6th set＇ s governor. Practice shows that the operation of the governor is stable and accurate, and the governor is convenient to be operated and maintained.
