Study of Communication Countermearsure Problems Using System Theory

综述了系统理论的框架体系与基本思想和学说，指出通信对抗的发展急需这一理论的指导，并从通信对抗系统功能的定位、通信对抗发展序参量的确定、几个重要的对立统一范畴的把握，以及对通信对抗之进化展望等方面，用系统理论分析研究通信对抗的发展问题，并从中得出一些有益的启示。

This paper summarizes the frame of the system theory and its＇ basic thoughts and ideas. The paper emphasizes that the development of communication countermeasure （CC）technology requires the guide of the system theory. The following problems have been studied under the guide of the system theory： the determination of the function of CC; the order parameter of the development of CC;the category of unity of opposition in the development;the prospect of the CC, Some beneficial messages about the development of the CC technology has been got by making use of the system theory.
