Teaching reform is an eternal subject of the educational development and progress, the action- oriented teaching reform is the present hot issue. We have got three tips from the teaching practice of an action- oriented reformed lesson： the update of the teaching notion is the precondition of the teaching reform; the promotion of the teacher＇s quality is the key point of the teaching reform; the teaching reform must be promoted in all positions.
