摘要
对采用MON-25/MMH推进剂的姿控用再生冷却推力室的传热特性进行了研究。首先使用二维传热计算程序,对推力室壁及再生冷却剂MMH的传热特性进行了初步评估,然后运用CFD软件对该问题进行了三维数值模拟,最后将两种方法的计算结果与常温300K和低温243K入口条件下的MON-25/MMH再生冷却推力室热试车状态进行对比,发现三者基本一致。
Heat transfer characteristics of regeneratively cooled attitude control engine thrust chamber with MON-25/MMH propellant were studied. Firstly, heat transfer characteristics of thrust chamber wall and regenerative coolant MMH were evaluated by the two dimensional heat transfer calculation code, then the three dimensional model was numerically simulated with the CFD soft- ware. The numerical results are well in agreement with the hot fire tests parameters of regeneratively cooled thrust chamber with MON-25/MMH propellant at different working temperature of 298K and 243K. The results show that the numerical method can be used to evaluate the wall temperature, the heat flux through the wall, and the temperature increase of coolant. The numerical results are expected to be helpful for the design, especially for the design of regeneratively cooled attitude control engine thrust chamber.
