摘要
目的:探讨锰对雄性生殖器官的毒性作用及损伤剂量。方法:成年雄性家兔经耳静脉亚慢性染毒不同剂量的MnCl2(0,0.1,0.5,2.0和8.0mp/kg),每周1次,连续染毒15周,观察睾丸组织形态学的变化。结果:各染毒组家兔睾丸组织Mn2+含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05,0.01),并与染毒剂量呈正相关(γ=0.96,P<0.05);光镜检查发现,0.5~8.0mg/kg剂量组睾丸组织呈现间质水肿,曲细精管受损,数目减少,各级生精细胞不同程度变性、坏死及脱落,间质细胞数目减少等形态改变。结论:接触一定剂量的锰,可引起家兔睾丸组织形态学改变。
Objective: To probe into toxie effects on repreduction and damage doses of manganese. Meth- ods: The morphological changes of testis of adult male rabbits contadrinated with MnCl2 in different doses (0. 0,0. 1, 0. 5, 2. 0 and 8. 0 mg/kg weekly,about 15 weeks, iv) were observed. Results: The contents of Mi2+ in rab-bit testis treated with MnCl2 in different doses were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0. 05 or 0. 01 ); there was positive correlation between the content of Mn in testis and the contaminated dose of MnCl2 (γ=0. 96,P<0. 05);the edema of testicular mesenchyme,the damage and decrease of seminiferous tubles, the different degree of denaturation,necrosis and loss of every stage spermatogenic cells,the decrease of mesenchy-mal cells and so on were observed in 0. 5-8.0 mg/kg groups by light microscope. Conlusion: It is suggsted that exposure to a certain dose of manganese may induce the mophological changes of testis in rabbits.
