摘要
随着我国高等教育事业的发展,高校教师群体逐步壮大;与此同时,高校教师的各项权利并未受到法律的有效保障。因此,必须从宪法的高度来明确高校教师应当享有的基本权利,以此为基础来构筑起有效保障教师权益的法网。
With the development of the high education in our country, college teachers have gradually increased. However, the legal rights of them have been ignored, so their rights should be ensured by our country＇ s constitution, to build the legal system protecting the faculty working in universities.
