财务管理是企业管理的一部分,是关于资金的获得和有效使用的管理工作,财务管理的好坏,直接影响到企业的生存与发展。文章以企业集团财务管理模式的基本理论为基础,结合某工程咨询公司的经营战略,采用理论联系实际和比较分析的方法,提出了适合该咨询公司特点的财务管理模式构想。

Financial management is the part of enterprise governance, and it is the management in which the fund is obtained and used effectively; whether the financial management is good or not, it has a straight impact on the survival and development of the enterprises. Based on basic theory of fi- nancial management mode in enterprise groups, and combination of a company＇s consulting business strategy and integrating theory with practice and use of comparative analyses, the paper puts forward the financial management concept with characteristics for this consulting firm.
