摘要
利用分光光度法,得出地肤子中主要含有黄体酮类化合物;变种地肤子主要含有查耳酮、噢酮类;木地肤子主要含有噢酮类;藜中主要含有二氢黄酮类和二氢黄酮醇类化合物。根据芦丁标准曲线法,测得地肤子中黄酮含量为0.749%;变形地肤子中黄酮含量为0.691%;木地肤中黄酮含量为0.648%;藜中黄酮含量为0.772%。
In this essay, the classification of flavonids in Koehia scoparia and Chenopidium serotinum were determined by speetrophotometry and the total content of flavonids was determined by Rutin speeifieation curve. Koehia scoparia mainly contains luteoids and the total content of flavonoids was about 0.749 % ; F. triehophia mainly contains ehaleone and azulene ketones, and the total content of flavonids was about 0. 691% ; Koehia prostrata mainly contains azulene ketones, and the total content of flavonids was about 0. 648 % ; Chenopidium serotinum mainly contains flavonone and flavanonol, and the total content of flavonoids was about 0. 772%.
