素质教育的实施对教师素质的新要求

素质教育是我国教育发展的方向和理想,推进素质教育是当前教育发展的基本任务。要真正落实素质教育,需要教师具备与之相适应的较高教师素质。本文从教师道德素质、知识素质、能力素质、心理素质、身体素质等几个方面对此进行了分析。

Quality education is the direction and ideal of our country education developing, and moving forward quality education is the basic task of education development at current. Carrying out quality education truly needs teachers have high teacher qualities which adapt with it. In this article, it is analysed from the teacher morals quality, knowledge quality, ability quality, psychological quality, physical quality and so on several aspects.
