摘要
目的：研究我国10种常见心脏病发病和死亡的变迁规律。方法：收集我院1960～1995年10种心脏病19090例住院病人的临床资料，按不同年代，就发病和死亡情况作对比统计分析。结果：10种心脏病总的发病有增多的趋势，其中增多的是冠心病和心肌病，而风湿性心脏病（风心病）、肺原性心脏病（肺心病）、克山病、梅毒性心脏病（梅心病）却逐年减少。10种心脏病总的病死率在逐年下降。结论：10种心脏病的变迁规律与我国优越的社会制度，人民生活水平提高及医疗技术改进有关。
Obective:To study the regular rule of mobidity and motallty of 10 different heart diseases in China. Metheds: 19090 patients with 10 different heart diseases were analysed according to diffemt years,the morbidity and mortality wee compared. Results:The total mortality tends down wars in the past 36 year. Ten kinds of heart diseases were 4. 6 % of tota1 in-hospital patients in l960 s; 7. 3% in l970 s; 8. 9 % in 198O s and 10, 1 % in 199O s. The CAD and cardiomyopathy were increasing;but the rheumatic heart diseases,cor-pul-monary and Keshan disease were decreasing. Conclusion:The total mortality of 10 kinds of heart diseases was significantly decreasing:9. 6% in 1960; 11. 6% in 1970; 6. 5% in l98O s; 3. 6% in 1990 s.
