髋部复杂手术后异位骨化的防治

The prophylaxis and treatment for the ectopia ossification after complicated operation of hip

目的探讨口服吲哚美辛、局部放疗对髋部复杂手术后异位骨化的防治效果。方法对122例髋臼骨折手术治疗患者、髋关节置换患者采取口服吲哚美辛、局部放疗联合治疗。结果口服吲哚美辛、局部放疗联合治疗能有减少异位骨化的发生。结论口服吲哚美辛、局部放疗联合治疗是预防髋部复杂手术后异位骨化发生的理想方法。

Objective To study the effect of the treatment for the ectopia ossification after complicated operation of hip with indomethacin and local radiation, Methods Treating 122 patients with acetabulum fracture or total hip replacement by the method of giving indomethacin taken orally and Focal radiation. Results Giving indomethacin taken orally and local radiation can reduce the occurrence of ectopia ossification. Conclusions Giving indomethacin taken orally and Focal radiation is an ideal method for the prophylaxis and treatment of ectopia ossification.
