主要介绍以硅为衬底的ＰｂＳ、ＰｂＳｅ、ＰｂＴｅ、ＰｂＳｎＳｅ、ＨｇＣｄＴｅ、ＩｎＳｂ等红外探测器焦平面阵列的新进展。
In the paper the recent development of PbS , PbSe , PbTe , PbSnSe , HgCdTe and InSb infrared detectors focal plane array on silicon substrate are emphatically described.
