摘要 本文阐述了几种家畜亲子鉴定中使用的微卫星座位及其在亲子鉴定中的应用,并对微卫星DNA标记与亲子鉴定研究急待解决的问题与发展方向做了阐释。 Several microsatellite loci and its application in paternity testing of husbandry were illustrated. Microsatellite DNA marker and the problems eager to solve and developmental direction in paternity testing research were explained.
