对新形势下加强高校党内民主的几点思考

Reflections on Strengthening Party Democracy and Furthering Party Construction in High Education Institute

高等学校既是传播思想文化和科学技术的阵地,又是培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要阵地。高校党的建设的实践证明,只有加强党内民主,高校党组织才能为全面贯彻落实科学发展观,构建和谐高校提供牢固的基础。新形势下加强高校党内民主建设,既要进一步完善党员代表大会制度和党员民主评议领导干部制度,还要深化干部制度改革,探索党务、校务公开制度的建立和健全。

High education institutes are important fronts not only for publicizing ideology, science and technology, but also for training qualified builders and successors of Socialism with Chinese Characters. The practice of Party construction in high education institute indicates that the Party organizations can be the firm basis for carrying out the scientific development in an all round way and constructing a harmonious society only when the Party Democracy is enforced. In order to strength the Party democracy in new situations, not only the representative system of Party members and the system of party members＇ appraisal of leading cadres democratically should be perfected, but also the reform of cadres sys- tem should be furthered, the public system university and committee affairs should be built and improved.
