The Innovation,Existing Problems and Strategies of the Talent Cultivating Mode for Local Agricultural Universities

地方农业高等院校的发展是我国当前新形势下一个地区经济社会发展的需要和进步的标志,是推进社会主义新农村建设、构建和谐社会的举措。通过对我国建国以来高等农业院校人才培养模式发展及存在问题的分析,提出地方高等农业院校人才培养模式发展的对策。

Local agricultural universities play an important role in local economic development. How to promote the construction of harmonious society and better to serve farmers is crucial to local agricultural universities. Based on the analytic study of the innovation and the existing problems of the talent culti- vating modes for agricultural universities, the paper proposes strategies to the talent cultivating mode of the local agricultural universities.
