农业院校硕士生分子生物学双语教学学生评价体系的探讨

Exploration on the Evaluation System for Students in the Bilingual Teaching of Molecular Biology for Master Postgraduates in Agricultural Universities

我国农业院校硕士生分子生物学双语教学的现存学生评价体系属于单纯"终结性评价",死板乏味,缺失对学生创新能力的评价,也完全忽视了提升和评判学生的语言能力。建立农业院校硕士生分子生物学双语教学中合理的学生评价体系的主要原则是:将"形成性评价"与"终结性评价"有机结合,注重激发学生兴趣、考核学生的创新能力,并重视学生语言能力尤其是英语能力的提升与检测。我校硕士生分子生物学双语教学的学生评价体系由"平时评价"、"课程作业"和"期末考试"组成,平时评价的考核方式为"平时作业"、"课堂小考"、"课堂提问"和"课堂演讲",课程作业的考核方式为"综述写作"和"研究计划设计",期末考试为全英语命题、闭卷考试。运用该评价体系的主要策略应为:将评价体系及其相应的考核方式预先告知学生、灵活选择、组合考核方式和将语言能力评价切实体现于所有考核方式中。

The existent evaluation system for students in the bilingual teaching of Molecular biology for master postgraduates in agricultural universities in China belongs to a simple ＂Terminal assessment＂ which is inflexible and boring, and deficient in evaluating the innovative capacities of the students. It also ignores the improvement and judgment on the gift of tongues of the students completely. Combining organically ＂Formative assessment＂ and ＂Terminal assessment＂, paying attention to exciting the inter- ests of the students and assessing the innovative abilities of the students, and attaching importance to the improvement and judgment on the gift of tongues, especially English, of the students should be the main principles being followed in establishing the reasonable evaluation system for students in the bilingual teaching of Molecular biology for master postgraduates in agricultural universities.
