摘要
利用粉末冶金技术制备出添加不同含量稀土和稀土氧化物的W-Cu电触头材料,比较稀土和稀土氧化物对W-Cu合金物理性能、力学性能的影响,同时利用金相显微镜观察组织形貌。结果表明,添加稀土单质较添加稀土氧化物更能提高W-Cu材料的相对密度、硬度及导电性能;而且W-Cu合金中最适宜的稀土添加量(质量分数)为3%。
The W-Cu electrical contact materials doping different content of rare earth and its oxide were produced by powder metallurgy technology. The physical and mechanical properties of W-Cu alloy with rare earth and its oxide were tested. And the microstructure was observed by metalloscope. The results show that the relative density, hardness and conductivity of the W-Cu samples are greatly improved when the rare earth element rather than its oxide is added. It is also proved that the appropriate rare earth additive content in W-Cu alloy is about 3(weight) %.
