综述了Ag/SnO2电接触材料的研究进展,分别从材料的特性、添加剂的影响、制备方法及加工工艺等几个方面进行总结,阐述了Ag/SnO2电接触材料的发展现状,并介绍了纳米技术在该领域的应用状况,探讨了制备技术的改进对Ag/SnO2电接触材料性能的影响。

The-state-of-art of Ag/SnO2 electrical contact materials was reviewed. The physical and chemical properties, the effects of additives, preparing methods and process technologies were summarized, respectively; the developing tendency of the materials was predicted; meanwhile, the application situation of nanotechnology in the electrical contact materials was introduced. Finally, the methods how to improve the properties of the composites were discussed.
