摘要
采用S1634分频器和SX806数字锁相电路,研制出适合C波段航天测量雷达应用的锁相稳频源。介绍了该电路的设计考虑和参数的选取。设计制造出的电路经历了各种恶劣环境的考验,证明其工作稳定可靠,效果良好。
