Study of the Fast Assembly Process Decision for the PLM

研究了 CAPP 系统读取印制电路板装配工艺信息的方法;对三种元器件描述方法进行了比较,选用了物料清单与元件库相结合的元器件描述方法,建立了元器件库;建立了印制电路板装配工艺参数库,并在此基础上实现了印制电路板装配工艺决策系统。

Study of the method of CAPP system that read process information of PCA （Print Circuit Assembly）. Through contrasting the describing method of three elements, it selected the describing method of elements combining the BOM with element-base, found the element-base and the assembly process parameter-base of PCA. This paper carried out the system of PCA process decision basing on those.
