摘要
利用空间啮合原理,建立分阶式双渐开线齿轮型线齿廓理论与数学模型,推导双渐开线齿轮端面齿廓方程和接触线方程,对相互啮合的两个双渐开线齿轮端面啮合过程及接触线变化进行模拟分析,基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,利用其中的参数化设计语言APDL,精确建立双渐开线齿轮的单齿啮合和双齿啮合有限元模型,并对其进行接触有限元分析。分析结果表明,节点附近啮合时,双渐开线齿轮接触线发生间断,并且单齿啮合远大于双齿啮合的齿面最大接触应力。
The design theories of basic rack tooth profile and mathematical model of the double involutes gear are established by using the mesh theory.The formula of the end face and the contact line are also deduced.The mesh process of end face and the change of contact line are simulated.Based on ANSYS,the single teeth mesh FE model and double tooth mesh FE model of double involutes gear with ladder-shape teeth are accurately established by using APDL respectively.The results show that the contact line of double involutes gear with ladder-shape teeth is broken.And the maximum contact stress of single tooth mesh is much larger than double tooth mesh.
