摘要
在分析传统等速输出机构基础上,研究了适于精密行星传动的浮动式无回差十字钢球等速输出机构的结构和性能,建立了该机构的转子动不平衡模型,并对该机构的轴系动不平衡响应进行了理论分析,利用机构对称结构设计原理和方法,研究其对称组合的机构创新设计,设计出完全平衡的浮动式无回差十字钢球等速输出机构,为提高多偏心的行星传动机构和精密行星传动机构的工作速度提供了技术支持,具有重要的学术价值和实际意义。
Based on the analysis of classical equal-speed output mechanism,the structure and performance of the floating no-reverse-error steel ball equal-speed output mechanism for precise planetary transmission is studied.A dynamic imbalance model of the mechanism is built.The theoretical analysis of the imbalance response of the shaft system of the mechanism is performed.According to symmetry mechanism principle,the balance & floating no-reverse-error steel ball equal-speed output mechanism is designed.The research result provides technique support for raising the work speed of many-eccentric and precise planetary transmission mechanism.
