摘要
基于啮合原理和微分几何的理论,推导出了弧齿面齿轮啮合传动的齿面方程和啮合轨迹方程,通过对啮合轨迹方程的仿真研究,得出了影响弧齿面齿轮啮合轨迹的主要参数为基本齿廓上任意点的压力角和基本齿条的法截面到端截面的垂直距离。
Based on the mesh principle and differential coefficient geometry,the tooth profile equation and mesh trace for gear with arc tooth profile are derived.By simulation of mesh trace,it proves that the main parametors of influencing the mesh trace are the pressure angle of random point on basic tooth profile and the perpendicular distance from the normal section to the end section in the basic rack.
