摘要
以直动滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构为例,先用Solid Works自带的Visual Bisic编辑宏,精确绘制凸轮的轮廓曲线,并拉伸成型,然后用Solid Works插件COSMOS Motion对凸轮机构进行运动仿真,生成推杆的位移和速度曲线,最后对推杆的位移、速度曲线进行分析,从而评判凸轮廓线是否满足设计要求。
Taking a plane cam mechanism with straight moving roller follower for example,firstly the cam contour curve was designed with VB macro in Solidworks,and extruded to 3D solid,and then the motion simulation based on COSMOS Motion(a plug-in of Solidworks) was conducted,the displacement and velocity graph of carrier were obtained,lastly the displacement and velocity graph were analyzed in order to judge if the cam contour curve meets the design requirement.
